Deposits & Booking Fees

All appointments may require a deposit or booking fee to secure your booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day

• Deposits may be transferred if sufficient notice is given (see below)

• Failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of your deposit

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• More than 48 hours’ notice: deposit can be transferred to a new appointment

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: deposit will be lost

• No-shows: deposit will be retained

This policy ensures fairness and protects appointment availability.

Late Arrivals

Due to the nature of our treatments and scheduled appointment times:

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be able to be accommodated

• Your appointment may need to be rescheduled

• In these cases, your deposit will be lost

We operate on a strict schedule to ensure all clients receive the full quality of their treatment.

Refunds on Treatments

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments.

Results can vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Aesthetic Treatments (Important)

For treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections:

• A consultation is required prior to treatment

• Once treatment has been carried out, no refunds will be given

• A review appointment may be offered where appropriate

Courses & Packages

• All course or package payments are non-refundable

• Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe

• Sessions are non-transferable

Products (if applicable)

Products are non-refundable unless faulty.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of purchase.

Right to Refuse Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse treatment where necessary, including:

• Medical contraindications

• Unsuitable treatment requests

• Inappropriate behaviour
