1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Bookings

Appointments are booked via our third-party booking system (Fresha).

By booking an appointment, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Attend your appointment on time

  • Comply with our policies

A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

 

3. Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Deposits are deducted from the total treatment cost on the day

  • Deposits may be transferred with sufficient notice (see Cancellation Policy)

  • Failure to attend will result in loss of deposit

 

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Less than 48 hours: deposit will be lost

  • No-shows: deposit will be retained

 

5. Late Arrivals

Due to the nature of our appointments:

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be seen

  • Appointments may need to be rescheduled

  • Deposits may be lost

 

6. Treatments & Results

  • All treatments are carried out to a professional standard

  • Results vary from person to person

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes

 

7. Consultations & Medical Information

For certain treatments, including aesthetic procedures:

  • A consultation is required prior to treatment

  • You must disclose accurate medical history

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable

Failure to provide accurate information may affect treatment results and safety.

 

8. Aesthetic Treatments (Prescription Treatments)

For treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections:

  • A face-to-face consultation with a qualified prescriber is required

  • Treatment will only be carried out once a prescription is approved

  • No refunds are given once treatment has been administered

 

9. Courses & Packages

  • Courses and packages are non-refundable

  • Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe

  • Sessions are non-transferable

 

10. Gift Vouchers (if applicable)

  • Vouchers are non-refundable

  • Must be used before the expiry date

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

 

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if:

  • It is not in the client’s best interest

  • Contraindications are present

  • Inappropriate behaviour occurs

 

12. Liability

Skin Studio is not liable for:

  • Individual treatment outcomes

  • Allergic reactions where no known allergy was disclosed

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

 

13. Website Use

All content on this website is for general information only and may be updated at any time.

 

14. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services such as Fresha for bookings. We are not responsible for their systems, policies, or availability.

 

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
