Appointments are booked via our third-party booking system (Fresha).
By booking an appointment, you agree to:

A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
3. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable

Deposits are deducted from the total treatment cost on the day

Deposits may be transferred with sufficient notice (see Cancellation Policy)

Failure to attend will result in loss of deposit
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Less than 48 hours: deposit will be lost

No-shows: deposit will be retained
5. Late Arrivals
Due to the nature of our appointments:

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be seen

Appointments may need to be rescheduled

Deposits may be lost
6. Treatments & Results

All treatments are carried out to a professional standard

7. Consultations & Medical Information
For certain treatments, including aesthetic procedures:

A consultation is required prior to treatment

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable

8. Aesthetic Treatments (Prescription Treatments)
For treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections:

A face-to-face consultation with a qualified prescriber is required

Treatment will only be carried out once a prescription is approved

No refunds are given once treatment has been administered
9. Courses & Packages

Courses and packages are non-refundable

Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe

Sessions are non-transferable
10. Gift Vouchers (if applicable)

Must be used before the expiry date

Cannot be exchanged for cash
